A highly respected law firm in Manchester is seeking a talented Travel Litigation Lawyer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor or fee earner with at least 2 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) to develop their expertise in a niche and rewarding area of personal injury law.
The Role:
- You will manage your own caseload of accident abroad claims, both pre-litigated and litigated, involving a wide range of international personal injury matters.
- You’ll work closely with a collaborative and supportive team that deals with complex and high-value claims arising from incidents overseas.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a full caseload of international travel litigation files
- Drafting legal documents and handling court procedures
- Liaising with clients, third parties, and international agents
- Negotiating settlements and progressing cases to resolution
- Providing a high level of client care
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 2 years’ PQE or equivalent experience in personal injury litigation
- Background in EL/PL litigation also considered
