Serious Injury Lawyer

Position Description

Are you an experienced Serious Injury Lawyer seeking a new challenge with a reputable, full-service law firm? A well-established practice in Liverpool is looking to expand their respected team with a dedicated lawyer who is passionate about delivering outstanding client care in complex personal injury matters.

The Role

You’ll manage your own caseload of high-value, multi-track personal injury claims, working on cases that include:

• Brain and spinal cord injuries
• Amputation claims
• Complex orthopaedic injuries
• Other catastrophic and life-changing injuries

You’ll work collaboratively with medical experts, counsel, and rehabilitation providers to ensure clients receive the highest standard of legal support. This is a role where empathy, technical skill, and determination are equally important.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner with 3+ years’ PQE in serious or catastrophic injury work
• Proven track record of managing complex multi-track cases from start to finish
• Strong litigation background with thorough knowledge of CPR procedures
• Excellent communication and client care skills, with a sensitive approach to vulnerable clients
• A team player who can contribute positively to a collaborative working environment
