Job Description
Liverpool β Growing multi-service law firm with offices across Merseyside is currently seeking a Head of their established Family Department.
Experience: 5 β 6 years of experience required. Job Type: Full Time.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Family Department, providing guidance to more junior members.
- Deal with a mixed caseload of private and publicly funded cases including complex high net worth matters.
- Caseload will include: Divorce & financial settlements; Separation; Child arrangements & parental disputes; Domestic abuse; Care proceedings (where applicable).
Qualifications
- Ambitious Family Solicitor with previous leadership experience.
- Strong family law experience.
Business Development
You will have a strong interest in business development and in developing your team.
