An established law firm in Warrington is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, handling a diverse caseload of both respondent and claimant matters, as well as employment tribunal work., · Managing a diverse caseload of employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and TUPE cases.
· Advising both employers and employees on a range of employment law issues.
· Representing clients at employment tribunals and preparing cases for hearings.
· Drafting contracts, settlement agreements, and other employment-related documentation.
· Staying up-to-date with changes in employment law and providing strategic advice to clients.
· 3-5 years’ PQE in employment law.
