About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to oversee and manage all production operations during the night shift. As the Night Shift Supervisor, you will ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity. This role requires strong leadership and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Night Shift Operations: Manage the production team to ensure efficient operation of all production lines during the night shift.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support a team of operators and machine staff to meet daily production targets.
- Quality Control: Monitor the production process to ensure products meet company standards, performing inspections and ensuring all quality guidelines are adhered to.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations to provide a safe working environment for the night shift team, conducting safety checks and ensuring compliance with company and legal safety standards.
- Troubleshooting and ProblemâSolving: Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and prevent production delays.
- Production Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, track performance, and report on key metrics including efficiency, downtime, and productivity.
- Training and Development: Provide onâtheâjob training for new staff, help with skill development, and ensure all team members are knowledgeable about their roles.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, implement lean manufacturing principles, and support initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
