The predicted salary is between 21500 - 29500 £ per year.
Salary: Starting £25,500 per annum plus excellent benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Fixed Term, 12–14 months (Maternity Leave Cover)

What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with strong team-working abilities
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data
- Excellent IT skills and the ability to adapt to changing demands
- Level 3 Business and Administration qualification (desirable)
- Experience in the waste industry is desirable but not essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Data input for payroll services, including timesheet data into Excel
- Use of computers and bespoke software to update resident service information
- Working with Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Mail)
- Ordering stationery, lunches, refreshments, and equipment
- Filing, storage, and archiving of documentation
- Diary management, organising meetings/events, and taking minutes
- Data management, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance
- Daily, weekly, and monthly data checking, investigating discrepancies using bespoke billing software
- Liaising with internal and external customers, teams, and departments via email and telephone
- Finance administration including raising purchase orders, processing, and receipting invoices
- Checking and updating bespoke databases for waste services across Sheffield properties
- Processing service requests such as abandoned vehicles, clinical services, bulky waste, and other client requirements
- Daily processing of incoming and outgoing mail
- Receiving visitors and providing site inductions
- Supporting team activities across the Sheffield Integrated Waste Management Contract
