We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager – Mechanical to lead and oversee the design and development of mechanical systems for [building/infrastructure/products/projects – specify as needed]. This role involves managing multidisciplinary design teams, ensuring technical excellence, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical design strategy across multiple high-value projects.
- Oversee and review design deliverables for quality, compliance, and innovation.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and stakeholders to integrate mechanical systems.
- Manage and mentor design teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
