iRecruit is expanding and we are hiring multiple Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team in Doncaster. We are looking for ambitious recruiters to support and develop business across Construction, Industrial and Logistics sectors. This is a true 360 recruitment role, giving you the opportunity to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building and developing your own client relationships. You will work closely with existing clients while also identifying and developing new business opportunities across the region as we continue to grow our presence.
A minimum of 1 year experience in Recruitment and a full UK driving licence is required for this role. To support a healthy work-life balance, we also offer a hybrid working lifestyle, allowing flexibility between office and home working once established in the role.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:30pm, Friday 08:30am - 4:30pm, Rotational on-call system.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across Construction, Industrial and Logistics sectors
- Developing new business opportunities and building long-term client partnerships
- Attending meetings with new and existing clients to support service delivery and business growth
- Advertising vacancies, screening applications
