Location: Long Ashton, Bristol Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PTS Senior Site Engineer/Sub Agent to oversee and manage our construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems and demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Duties * Lead and manage site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution. * Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to senior management. * Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards. * Resolve any issues that arise on-site promptly and efficiently. * Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and labour hours. Experience * Proven experience as a Senior Engineer/Site Agent within the construction industry. * Strong knowledge of electrical systems is essential; additional qualifications in electrical engineering are advantageous. * Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of work. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders. * Required for prompt start on rail geotechnical project in Long Ashton, Bristol. * Overseeing construction operations and engineering activities on soil nailing project in rail environment. * Successful candidate will have Sub Agent experience in rail project environment, ideally with a geotechnical element.
