Highways Operative

We are looking for Basic Skilled Highways Operatives to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. These positions are available at various depots across the Gloucestershire region, with opportunities for both entry-level and experienced candidates. Key Responsibilities: * Assist with general highways maintenance and roadworks, including repairs and resurfacing. * Operate relevant equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner. * Support the team to ensure projects are completed to required standards and within deadlines. Key Requirements: * Full valid driving licence (essential). * No previous experience required – training will be provided, including LGV driver training. * Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Additional Opportunities for Experienced Highways Operatives: We also have positions available for more experienced Skilled Highways Operatives. These roles come with additional responsibilities and require relevant prior experience in highways or road maintenance.
