We are currently looking for a driven and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding team in Doncaster.
The Role: As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial part in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for a range of exciting roles across various sectors. You'll work closely with our recruitment consultants to understand client requirements and ensure we find the right candidates quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals).
- Screening CVs and applications to shortlist candidates for open positions.
- Conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
