Academy Training Administrator Location: Astral House, Watford, WD24 4WW Working Hours: 36.25 per week (Mon – Fri) Start Time – 9am Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of training programmes and data. This includes scheduling courses, managing participant registrations, coordinating with trainers and venues, processing payments, and maintaining training records. Key Responsibilities: * Handle enquiries, answers simple questions and directs complex ones * Organises training * Books courses with trainers and venues * Sends booking details to participants * Processes orders and invoices * Updates training records * Issues training certificates * Collects training feedback * Mainly booking of training and dealing with lots of electronic requests and data Key Skills: * Previous background of working within an administration position * Attention to detail * Good IT skills * Be able to manage own time efficiently * Able to multitask Temp to perm position
