You will manage payments, balance enquiries and transfers, explain banking options, and collaborate with teams to provide a seamless experience. Training towards a Foundation Certificate in Responsible Banking is provided.
The role is 21 hours per week, with hours typically 9am–5pm, and does not meet Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
