Join us as a Vice President in Digital Solutions Sales. This is an opportunity to help grow a strategic Digital Solutions business that sits at the heart of NatWest's digital-first agenda. You'll focus on institutional customer segments, helping clients adopt digital solutions that improve efficiency, execution, automation and the customer experience.

You'll work across Currencies and Fixed Income as well as growing areas such as Digital Assets, Data Sales and software-as-a-service propositions, driving direct revenue opportunities and supporting the wider franchise in delivering digital growth. This is a chance to play a key role in scaling established digital workflow solutions while helping commercialise new innovative propositions. You'll work with sophisticated institutional clients, helping them transform workflows, digitise operating models and unlock greater efficiency through technology-enabled solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Identify, originate and grow client opportunities across NatWest Markets' Digital Solutions product suite.
  • Work closely with product specialists, relationship managers and coverage teams to help clients solve operational and workflow challenges through digital solutions.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across established and emerging workflow, automation, data and platform-based propositions.
  • Act as a trusted adviser, working closely with customers to understand their operating models, identify inefficiencies and co-create scalable digital solutions.

Day to day, you'll be:

  • Originating and developing client opportunities across NatWest Markets' Digital Solutions product suite, including Digital FX workflow solutions, Fixed Income digital solutions, Digital Assets, Data and SaaS propositions.
  • Managing relationships with institutional customers, understanding their business challenges and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, control and customer outcomes.
  • Acting as a digital consultant to clients, understanding existing workflows, identifying pain points and designing solutions-led approaches.
  • Collaborating with Product, Trading, Technology, Risk, Legal and Compliance teams to support the successful launch and adoption of new capabilities.

The skills you'll need:

  • Proven experience selling digital, electronic or workflow-based solutions within Financial Markets, FinTech or a related technology environment.
  • A consultative, solution-led approach with the ability to identify workflow challenges and deliver automation and digital transformation outcomes.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills, with the credibility to engage senior stakeholders and originate new opportunities.
  • Knowledge of Digital FX, Fixed Income, Digital Assets, Data Products, SaaS or workflow automation solutions.
  • A proven track record of revenue generation, pipeline management and commercial execution in a regulated environment.
  • A collaborative, self-starting mindset, with the ability to work across sales, product, trading and technology teams to deliver client outcomes.
