Join us as a Director in NatWest's Mid-Cap Leveraged Finance Team. You'll be a senior member of NatWest's Mid-Cap Leveraged Finance (MCLF) Structured Finance team, operating across the UK and Western Europe.
We'll look to you to drive deal origination with coverage of Mid-Market private equity sponsors, and lead execution of sponsor leveraged finance transactions, managing all external and internal stakeholders, deal teams and processes.
This is a senior position, requiring a seasoned Director with strong sponsor leveraged finance experience and an established network of contacts across the UK private equity market.
