Join us as a Regional Relationship Manager in Commercial Mid-Market. This is a unique opportunity to live our purpose every day and make a meaningful impact through your work. You’ll be managing a portfolio of SME business customers and collaborating with your team to deliver an outstanding service for them.
We’ll also support you to achieve a Certificate in Lending Skills, an industry recognised qualification that will enhance your credibility and bring a competitive edge to your career profile. Your time will be split between client meetings at their premises, collaborating with colleagues in the office, minimum two days a week, or as required, with the remainder working remotely.
What you’ll do:
- Proactively collaborating with our SME business to identify improvements.
- Completing risk assessments to deliver informed credit decisions.
- Preparing accurate reports to support credit applications.
- Adopting and sharing best practice to achieve KPIs, including financial and non-financial metrics.
- Undertaking analysis, research and practical support to enhance our service proposition.
- Studying towards your certificate in Lending Skills.

A Certificate in Lending Skills is a professional qualification awarded by the Chartered Institute of Bankers that’s widely recognised across our industry, and designed to equip you with the knowledge, understanding and skills relating to the commercial lending environment in our digital age. With 18 months to complete your studies, you’ll have the ability to tailor a journey to your own individual learning needs too, which will combine self-study in the form of workbooks and e-learning, and workshops.
