We are looking for dedicated individuals to serve as Customer Service Personal Bankers in Thurso. You will be essential in guiding and supporting our valued branch customers to achieve their financial goals. Your proactive approach will help enhance our customer banking experience. We will support your development with full training and a Foundation Certificate in Responsible Banking. Please note, this role does not meet Skilled Worker visa sponsorship requirements.

What you\’ll do

As the first point of contact, you will provide outstanding service in every interaction, working with high accuracy to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Having proactive conversations to understand customer needs and assist with their banking requirements
  • Completing banking requests such as payments, balance inquiries, and transfers
  • Explaining different banking methods and services available to customers
  • Identifying opportunities to promote simple financial products and collaborating with other teams for a seamless experience

Additional information

Your working hours will typically be during branch opening times (9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with rotational Saturdays and some bank holidays).
