Role Overview: The Senior HR Business Partner is part of the Human Resources team, responsible for providing strategic HR advice, leadership, and skills development to the senior leadership team and managers. The role involves enabling employee engagement and driving cultural change.
Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, the Senior HR Business Partner manages the Senior HR Administrator and works closely with the Employee Engagement and Volunteering Manager, who oversees the HR and Volunteering Administrator.
