RBK London is an independent label dedicated to bridging the gap between able and disabled artists through events, publications, and artist development. Founded in 2012 by N Alexander, a disabled businessman and creative visionary, the company aims to create equal opportunities for artists in the music industry. The PA & Fundraiser will provide executive and administrative support, manage diaries and schedules, and assist with clerical tasks. The role also involves contributing to the development and execution of fundraising plans, building relationships with potential donors, and supporting event organisation. The role will involve close collaboration with the CEO and other team members to align activities with RBK London’s mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Researching and applying for funding applications
  • Writing official letters and communications
  • Filling out funding applications
  • Admin duties and diary management
  • Assisting with crowdfunding; writing to arts charities/organisations
  • Answering telephone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Participating in office-based fundraising activities and meetings
  • Contributing to the planning and implementation of fundraising events or initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate records of contacts and fundraising efforts
  • Pursuing funding connections with guaranteed sources of funding the label can access long term
  • Running the booking line for studio sessions
  • Ability to perform diary management and demonstrate strong clerical skills
  • Interest in or experience with fundraising and event coordination
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in a nonprofit or arts-related organisation is a plus

Location & Schedule:

Location: Richmond, South West London (office-based requirement).

Job Type: Part-time Schedule

Tuesdays: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Thursdays: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

This is a self-employed position. Please ensure you are registered as self-employed before applying. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Richmond, Greater London, or plan to relocate before starting work.
