RBK London is an independent record label specialising in bridging the gap between able and disabled artists through music production, live events, artist development, and publications. Founded in 2012 by CEO & Creative Director Mr. N Alexander, the company aims to create a unique platform for empowerment and equal opportunities for all creative individuals. RBK London prides itself on being a transformative force in the music industry, supporting the disabled community to showcase their talents and develop their own unique brands. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freelance Garage Music Producer based in London. The Music Producer will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality garage music tracks, collaborating with artists to refine their sound, and managing recording sessions. The individual will work closely with both able and disabled artists to create unique and impactful music that aligns with RBK London’s ethos. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the technical aspects of production and providing guidance in music arrangements and compositions.

We are seeking a committed, trustworthy, dedicated and highly experienced producer who is able to join our London based collective 'Royalty Gang'.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Music Production and familiarity with digital audio workstations (DAWs)
  • Strong knowledge of Music Theory and composition
  • Experience with Music Technology and the ability to work with advanced recording tools
  • Understanding of contemporary trends in Garage Music and the Music Industry
  • Collaborative approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor and support artists in their creative development
  • Previous experience working with diverse and inclusive teams is a plus
  • Degree or equivalent professional experience in Music, Audio Engineering, or related fields is advantageous

Availability

Days: Fridays
Hours: 6 hours per Studio Session (Time May Vary)
