DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER AT OUR HOTEL
What you'll be doing:
- Working 2 x 5hr shifts per week, including evenings and weekends. Shifts can start as early as 7am, and can finish as late as 10pm so you can travel to and from the hotel at these times.
- Welcoming guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
- Taking and processing food and drink orders accurately, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled.
- Serving food and drinks with care, keeping presentation standards high and timing smooth.
- Setting up, cleaning, and resetting tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well‑organised dining space.
- Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including basic barista duties and refreshing non‑alcoholic drinks.
- Keeping the dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.
- Upholding hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.
- Working closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.
