A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPING TEAM MEMBER:
- Ensuring all rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house areas are cleaned to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain and improve quality standards, addressing any issues promptly
- Follow health and safety protocols, maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
What We Need From You:
- Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Organisational skills to administratively tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, other departments, and guests
