THE OPPORTUNITY
Directly responsible for our Cluster Revenue Managers and on-property Revenue Managers, you will report directly to our Group Director of Revenue Management and contribute to RBH\’s goals and values by driving revenue and profit performance from the Revenue Management team. Your main responsibilities will include the following.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and Develop : Spearhead a team of Revenue Managers across central and property locations, providing leadership, coaching, and development.
- Strategic Implementation : Champion comprehensive revenue management strategies to enhance market share and profitability across various streams including accommodations, meetings, events, golf, spa, and leisure.
- Collaborative Partnerships : Work in commercial partnership with Revenue Managers, General Managers, and hotel teams to surpass monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Representation : Act as the revenue and commercial specialist in Owner Review meetings.
- Analytical Oversight : Set sales and pricing strategies based on robust commercial judgement utilising analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
- Optimisation : Conduct daily demand reviews and manage overbooking strategies to maximise RevPar and profit.
- Market Analysis : Analyse both local and international market trends to tailor strategic and tactical activities at both hotel and brand levels.
- Reporting and Feedback : Manage the production of monthly and annual reports, providing critical assessment and insightful commentary.
- Innovation and Integration : Lead the development and integration of cutting‑edge systems and processes, ensuring RBH remains a technological leader in the industry.
- Portfolio Expansion : Oversee the integration and onboarding of new hotels into the RBH portfolio.

- Experienced in working within a dynamic commercial environment with responsibility for multiple revenue streams.

- Technically proficient with the full range of hospitality systems, e.g. PMS, CRS, RMS, GDS, Sales & Catering, Channel Manager and Microsoft Office products
- Willing and able to travel regularly.
Working Arrangement
- We offer a hybrid working model, provided you can access our Glasgow or Brentford branches when required.
