A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A ROOM ATTENDANT AT THE IMPERIAL HOTEL BLACKPOOL
What you\’ll be doing…
Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following:
- Carrying out cleaning duties as designated by management, ensuring high standards.
- Ensuring each guest’s room is thoroughly cleaned and to be respectful of their property when in the room.
- Working as a member of the team and contribute to its overall effectiveness.
- Responding timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs, cots, extra towels.
- Bringing to the attention of senior staff any incident affecting the guests and colleagues.
- Supporting other areas of the hotel as required
