RBH is seeking a collaborative People Business Partner to join our People & Culture team in Rochdale. The role focuses on partnering with senior leaders, shaping people strategies, organisational change and workforce planning, and leading on complex employee relations.
Working 29 hours per week with flexible 4 or 5 day patterns, you will coach managers, use data to inform decisions and ensure HR practices meet business needs. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is preferred.
