A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RECEPTION MANAGER AT THE CROWN HOTEL

What you'll be doing... As Reception Manager you will oversee the entire Front Office operation and team, taking responsibility for ensuring high standards of service are constantly delivered. You will also be expected to manage rotas and control relevant costs. You will report to the Operations Manager.

To succeed in this role you will already be an experienced Front Office operator who has a proven track record in delivering results. You will also possess great communication skills which you will use to develop and empower your team.
