Role Overview

Reporting to the Senior Guest Services Manager, your daily responsibilities will include managing operations within the hotel, aligning with company policies and brand standards. You will aim to maximize profitability through revenue and productivity improvements, ensuring high customer satisfaction and compliance with health and safety standards.

You will also lead and motivate the hotel team, ensuring staff are trained to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Night Team to ensure effective sales delivery and high customer service standards
  • Perform Duty Management shifts, ensuring adequate staffing according to business levels
  • Maintain clear communication across departments
  • Manage guest relations, handle complaints and compliments, and report to management
  • Ensure safety and security of the building during the night
