A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Maintenance Supervisor at Thames Riviera Hotel, Maidenhead

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the General Manager you can expect your working day to include the following. The ideal candidate will be a capable, self-motivated team player with a positive approach to problem solving! You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the maintenance activities, managing a range of preventative and reactive maintenance tasks reported from all departments of the hotel & guests.

  • To succeed in the role of Maintenance Supervisor, you will need the following qualities and skills.
  • Can create and implement a robust PPM programme across all areas of the hotel.
  • Has extensive knowledge of Fire and H&S Regulations, can maintain compliance documentation up to date.
  • Assist with H&S Audit and EHO Visits.
  • Has good communication skills, can arrange emergency callouts, request works quotations and manage the onsite activity of contractors.
