At Holiday Inn Express London Royal Docks we are looking for exceptional people to provide outstanding service to our guests and who put our people at the heart of everything we do.
The position of Maintenance Supervisor has become available. Reporting into the General Manager, you will be responsible for maintenance of the hotel guest bedrooms, changing of light bulbs, basic plumbing, painting and decoration, and bathroom maintenance (mastic and grouting), the hotel structure and plant, co-ordinate and liaise with outside contractors and RBH facilities along with weekly health and safety checks and compliance documentation.
The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.

We are looking for someone with a background in hotels who can communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests. Hotel industry experience is preferable but full training is provided.
