RBH invites a skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery in Liverpool. You will own the pastry section, delivering outstanding desserts, pastries and bakery products across all hotel areas.
Reporting to the Executive Head Chef, Head Chef and Sous Chef, you'll lead pastry production for Afternoon Tea, weddings and VIP events. This role offers a full-time, 40-hour week in a luxury hotel setting.
