Responsibilities

  • Driving Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth
    • Own and deliver the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy across all segments.
    • Maximise opportunities within M&E, corporate, group, and leisure markets.
    • Continuously review business mix to ensure profitability and long‑term sustainability.
    • Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term sales plans aligned with budget and market conditions.
    • Analyse performance data and market trends to identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Leading Sales Performance & Account Growth
    • Build and grow strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and Travel Management Companies.
    • Drive account acquisition, retention, and long‑term partnerships.
    • Ensure strong conversion of enquiries and proactive generation of new business.
    • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and key client meetings.
    • Position the hotel as a preferred partner within local and national markets.
  • Marketing & Brand Positioning
    • Lead the hotel’s repositioning strategy, including sales, marketing, and campaign activity.
    • Ensure strong brand presence across all channels, with engaging content and storytelling.
    • Drive demand generation aligned to key commercial objectives.
    • Work closely with wider commercial teams to support brand initiatives and visibility.
  • Stakeholder & Partnership Management
    • Build strong relationships across hotel teams, Radisson brand teams, and RBH central functions.
    • Collaborate with revenue, marketing, and commercial teams to optimise performance.
    • Ensure alignment of hotel activity with wider brand and RBH strategy.
  • Leading Your Team
    • Lead, inspire, and develop a high‑performing sales and marketing team.
    • Drive a strong commercial culture with clear objectives and accountability.
    • Support recruitment, coaching, and ongoing development of team members.
    • Conduct performance reviews, joint sales activity, and account evaluations.
  • Systems, Reporting & Performance Management
    • Ensure effective use of systems including Opera S&C, Salesforce, and Smartspace.
    • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline, and account production.
    • Provide clear, data‑driven insights and adapt strategies where needed.
    • Maintain compliance with brand standards and operational processes.
