A Night in the Life of an In-Room Dining Night Attendant
- Greet guests over the phone with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a personalised and efficient ordering experience.
- Take and process in-room dining orders accurately, noting dietary needs, preferences, and special requests.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and discreetly to guest rooms, maintaining high service and presentation standards.
- Set up in-room dining trays or tables neatly and thoughtfully, creating a comfortable and refined guest experience.
- Clear and collect trays from rooms and corridors, keeping guest areas tidy and uncluttered throughout the night.
- Maintain stock levels in the in-room dining area, preparing trays, condiments, and amenities for upcoming orders.
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety procedures, ensuring a clean, organised, and compliant workspace at all times.
- Liaise with the night kitchen and front office teams to support seamless overnight operations and guest satisfaction.
