We opened the first 5* Hotel in Liverpool; The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery in May 2023. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANT AT THE MUNICIPAL HOTEL & SPA MGALLERY
What you\âll be doing⌠We are looking for new Housekeeping Team Members to work split shifts in the afternoons and evenings in order to offer a turnâdown service to our guests. This involves cleaning and tidying rooms and bathrooms in preparation for the evening wind down. The role is flexible and, as a hotel we operate over 7 days, flexibility with your shifts is a must. Prior to turnâdown services our Housekeeping team members complete a variety of duties based on business requirements, from linen porterage, cleaning of public areas, inâhouse laundry, logistics & storage, and topâup of supplies and cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms. Our goal is to maintain 5* hospitality standards with care, precision, and an eye for detail, while also having a strong awareness of timeâmanagement.
