We’re looking for a passionate Hotel Gardener to help maintain and enhance our beautiful grounds. What You’ll Be Doing?
- Maintaining our historic gardens, lawns, flower beds and landscaped grounds to a high standard.
- Planting, pruning, weeding, watering and caring for seasonal displays throughout the year.
- Operating and maintaining gardening machinery and equipment safely.
- Preparing our outdoor spaces for weddings, events and guest enjoyment.
- Keeping pathways, entrances and outdoor areas clean, tidy and safe.
- Assisting with landscaping projects and ongoing improvements across the estate.
- Monitoring the health of plants, trees and shrubs, identifying and reporting any issues.
- Supporting our sustainability initiatives and helping protect the natural beauty of the estate.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in gardening, horticulture or grounds maintenance.
- A genuine passion for gardening and the outdoors.
- Pride in delivering exceptional standards and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Experience using gardening machinery and tools safely.
