We are currently looking for a Head Chef to join our Kitchen Team at the Hilton Aberdeen TECA. The successful applicant for this role will have a positive βcan do' attitude, be passionate about every aspect of food and cooking and show that they care.
Your new role of Head Chef will see you working in the Hilton Aberdeen on the site of The Event Complex Aberdeen (TECA). The 200-bedroom Hilton Hotel on the site of the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre hosts Quarter House Bar & Grill, Flight Path, The only Executive Lounge in Aberdeen and Devona Spa & Leisure.

What you'll be doing...
- Bring creativity, precision, and passion to every dish that leaves the kitchen.
- Take charge of daily kitchen operations, ensuring prep, cooking, and service run smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team, sharing your culinary expertise, mentoring chefs, and creating a collaborative, upbeat environment.
- Play a key role in menu creation development, experimenting with new flavours and seasonal ingredients to keep the offerings fresh and exciting.
- Monitor inventory, oversee ordering, and manage stock levels, making sure the kitchen is always prepared for a flawless service.
- Complete and prepare for Health & Safety audits.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency, ensuring every dish meets our top-notch expectations.
- Uphold rigorous hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards, creating a safe and organised workspace for the whole team.
