A Day in the Life at Hazel Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating the F&B team during service, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.
- Supporting the management team in training, scheduling, and daily operations.
- Being the first point of contact for any guest queries, feedback, or special requests.
- Working service shifts, including breakfast and dinner, leading by example on the floor.
- Ensuring the team consistently delivers warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service.
- Overseeing restaurant setup, cleanliness, and close‑down procedures.
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and monitoring of food hygiene standards.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and management teams to maintain excellent service flow.
