A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR AT OUR HOTEL
What you\’ll be doing:
- Leading the front desk team with friendliness and proactivity, ensuring every guest feels welcome and cared for from arrival to departure.
- Managing front desk operations smoothly, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests efficiently.
- Providing guidance, training, and support to front desk agents to maintain high standards and a positive environment.
- Handling guest inquiries, special requests, and challenges confidently to ensure excellent service.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to manage room availability and guest satisfaction.
- Overseeing reservations, check-ins, and billing to ensure accuracy and organisation.
- Assisting with shift planning and scheduling to ensure the front desk is well-prepared.
- Maintaining a welcoming and professional front desk area to enhance guest experiences.
