A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER AT THE MET HOTEL, LEEDS
What you\\\’ll be doing…
Reporting to the Head of Food & Beverage, we are looking for someone who enjoys variation and has a flexible approach to their working environment. Interested in learning how each of the different food and beverage areas within the hotel operate? We have got you covered at The Met Hotel, Leeds. One day you might be hosting breakfast or dinner, working on the bar or setting up and hosting a corporate meeting or even serving at a Christmas event or a Wedding! It really is the department with the most variety!
Our Food & Beverage team are like a family, and we work together to deliver outstanding guest service to our guests by offering timely, efficient, knowledgeable, and truely remarkable service. We are an enthusiastic, authentic bunch of individuals who truely care about teamwork and great service!

To succeed in the role of Food & Beverage Team Member, you will need the following qualities and skills.
- To be passionate about delivering great service and great food and drinks
- Previous experience as bartender, waiter, barista, host is advantageous but not essential
- To be willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
