A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Food and Beverage Team member AT Thames Riviera.
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Head of Food & Beverage, we are looking for someone who enjoys variation and has a flexible approach to their working environment. Interested in learning how each of the different food and beverage areas within the hotel operate? We have got you covered at Thames Riviera Hotel. One day you might be hosting breakfast or dinner, working on the bar or setting up and hosting a corporate meeting or even serving at a Christmas event or a Wedding! It really is the department with the most variety!
Our Food & Beverage team are like a family, and we work together to deliver outstanding guest service to our guests by offering timely, efficient, knowledgeable, and truly remarkable service. We are an enthusiastic, authentic bunch of individuals who truly care about teamwork and great service!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We hire mostly on personality & potential but here are a few of our requirements...
- To be passionate about delivering great service and great food and drinks
- Previous experience as bartender, waiter, barista, host is advantageous but not essential
- To be willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
