We’re transforming The Met Hotel into a bold, buzzing, stylish space that’s full of energy and personality and we need a flexible F&B team who are just as vibrant.
Whether you’re a host who owns the room, a bartender who mixes a killer Negroni, or someone who lives for the buzz of a big event, we’ve got a place for you.
We’re on the lookout for dynamic, guest-focused superstars to join our flexible Food & Beverage pool. These zero-hour roles are ideal if you’re looking for a bit more freedom, extra shifts, or seasonal work around Christmas with the potential to carry on into the new year.
Roles
- Restaurant Hosts – The morning smile. The lunchtime calm. The dinner vibe. You’ll welcome guests, manage flow, and support service from breakfast through to dinner, making every meal feel special.
- Bartenders – From classic cocktails to crisp wines and cold pints, you’ll serve it all with flair. You\\u2019ll work across our main restaurant bar and our events bar, serving guests at all kinds of occasions, corporate functions, weddings, awards nights, and festive celebrations.
- Events Assistants – Lights on, service up. From banquets and conferences to festive parties, you’ll help create events people remember, with smooth service, attention to detail, and great energy.
We\\\’re Looking For
- Confident, friendly, switched-on personalities
- Experience is a plus, but not essential – we’ll train you
- Reliable, flexible, and ready to get stuck in
- Available for evenings, weekends, or festive season shifts
