OUR HOTEL Following continued growth, we are currently seeking a Part-Time Food & Beverage Team Member to join our Food & Beverage Team at Hilton Aberdeen TECA. The successful candidate will have a positive 'can-do' attitude, be passionate about providing excellent service, and genuinely care about guest experiences. This role is based at Hilton Aberdeen on the site of The Event Complex Aberdeen (TECA). The hotel features 200 rooms, Quarter House Bar & Grill, Flight Path, Aberdeen's only Executive Lounge, and Devona Spa & Leisure.

A Day in the Life of a Food & Beverage Team Member What you'll be doing:
- Welcoming guests with warmth and attentive service to ensure a memorable experience.
- Taking and accurately processing food and drink orders, noting special requests.
- Serving food and drinks with care, maintaining high presentation standards and smooth timing.
- Setting up, cleaning, and resetting tables and service areas to keep the dining space inviting and organized.
- Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including basic barista duties and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies to keep the dining area stocked.
- Upholding hygiene and safety standards, ensuring a clean and compliant workspace.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service.
