A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHTS TEAM MEMBER AT DOUBLETREE BY HILTON EDINBURGH CITY
What you'll be doing...
- Reporting to the Nights Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following:
- You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Front Desk overnight, creating a 'home away from home' for our guests.
- By providing exceptional guest service, you will also be supporting our Housekeeping team by preparing our guest bedrooms and public areas ready for the next day.
- You will also support the Nights Manager with any other tasks such as running the Night Audit and Room Service.
