A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST SERVICES AGENT AT DOUBLETREE BY HILTON EDINBURGH CITY.... The position of Guest Services Agent has become available at DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh City Centre. Reporting into the Reception Manager, the successful candidate will support the delivery of our guest experience. You will be based at our Front Of House and ensure our guests have a warm welcome to the hotel and their individual requests are delivered.
