A Day in the Life at hazel

Duties

Reporting to the Executive Head Chef & Chef de Cuisine, you can expect your working day to include the following duties:

  • Preparing ingredients and assisting with food preparation across all kitchen sections.
  • Ensuring a clean and organised workstation at all times.
  • Supporting senior chefs in delivering high-quality dishes in line with Hazel\’s standards.
  • Receiving and storing deliveries while maintaining hygiene and food safety.
  • Following instructions and being proactive in learning new skills and kitchen techniques.

The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent teamwork, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, be eager to learn, and show a genuine care for the guest experience.
