Responsibilities

  • Prepare, present and serve all dishes to standard under guidance of the Snr Sous Chef and Executive Head Chef.
  • Receive, check and store all kitchen goods, ensuring quality and safety standards.
  • Inform the Head/Sous Chef of any discrepancies or shortages.
  • Assist with kitchen brigade duties as required and support a busy, high‑volume environment.

Qualifications

  • Adhere to all company policies on fire, hygiene, health & safety and licensing regulations.
  • Manage kitchen sections while maintaining health & safety standards.
  • Display flexibility and readiness to support the Sous Chef and brigade.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and thrive in a busy kitchen setting.
  • Passion for food and willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience at Chef de Partie or commis level.
  • Understand quality control and kitchen standards.
