WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
An early riser with a sunny disposition. Breakfast shifts start form 7am
You will have a professional and friendly personality, be able to keep calm under pressure, be confident, organised and a real passion for great service delivery and people development.
We hire mostly on personality & potential but here are a few of our requirements…
- Greeting customers upon arrival with a friendly smile and welcoming personality
- Up to date with local neighbourhood information, so you can give great recomendations to our hotel guests.
- Incredible customer service
- Arranging table settings and maintaining a beautifully presented dining area
- Taking food and drink orders from customers
- Preparing drinks and serving them to customers
- Running food orders from the kitchen, verifying that they are correct, and serving them to customers
- Checking in on customer and giving celebrity service from start to finish.
- Removing used dishes, glasses, and flatware from tables
- Weekend Availibility

Hotel Indigo Cardiff opened its doors within the heart of the Welsh capital in summer 2017.
Each of the 122 boutique hotel guest rooms will be designed to highlight three recurring themes – Made in Wales, Welsh Industry and Music – celebrating the heritage synonymous with the local area and beyond.
