A MORNING IN THE LIFE OF A BREAKFAST SUPERVISOR AT OUR HOTEL:

  • Lead the breakfast team with confidence and positivity, ensuring every guest is welcomed with warmth and professionalism from the moment they arrive.
  • Oversee the full set‑up of the breakfast service, making sure the dining area and buffet are beautifully presented, well‑organised, and ready for a smooth start.
  • Coordinate food preparation and replenishment, working closely with the kitchen to maintain quality, freshness, and consistent availability of all breakfast items.
  • Support the team in delivering attentive service, from taking orders to serving hot drinks, ensuring every guest feels looked after throughout their visit.
  • Monitor table turnover and cleanliness, guiding the team to clear, reset, and maintain a tidy, inviting dining space at all times.
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and food handling across the restaurant, leading by example and ensuring compliance with all procedures.
  • Handle guest queries and feedback with professionalism, offering local recommendations and resolving any issues promptly to enhance the guest experience.
  • Manage morning operations efficiently, from staff coordination to stock checks, ensuring the breakfast service runs seamlessly from start to finish.

What We Need From You:

  • A confident, friendly leader who enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere and motivating a team.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to oversee set‑up, service, and close‑down while keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service, ideally in a supervisory role, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills to guide your team, support colleagues, and interact positively with guests.
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach, ready to step in wherever needed to keep service standards high.
