We are looking for an experienced full‑time barista to join our growing team ahead of the busy summer season. Hours and days are flexible to fit your lifestyle. The Place operates as a vibrant café, where guests can indulge in Executive breakfasts and sandwich lunches. We are located next to Valley Gardens and have plenty of regulars and visitors alike.
Responsibilities
- Brew fresh coffee as needed to keep guests energized and provide exceptional table service.
- Create a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, bringing flavors to life with signature recipes.
- Set up and maintain the bar to meet premium standards, ensuring an inviting atmosphere.
- Record orders swiftly and accurately, keeping the pace while prioritising attention to detail.
- Keep the bar sparkling clean, from counters and sinks to all tools and storage spaces.
- Serve food orders with care to guests enjoying the bar, offering a seamless dining experience.
- Report any equipment issues to management to maintain smooth operations.
- Proactively restock and replenish supplies, maintaining a fully equipped bar for every shift.
