What you will do
- Assist the Chef de Partie with preparation of mise‑en‑place and cooking food to required high standards.
- Prepare dishes so they are ready for guests at the right time, in line with brand standards.
- Ensure equipment and workspaces are kept clean and tidy and in line with food hygiene requirements.
