Chef de parties in our teams create a culinary experience for our guests through an eye for detail and passion for flavours. Responsibilities include:
- Running a busy section in the kitchen
- Ability to cook delicious dishes to a very high standard
- Ensure that presentation, taste, texture and quality are always maintained
- Help impart your knowledge to junior chefs
More about you:
Providing high quality service comes naturally to you. You adopt a flexible approach to assist in different areas of the kitchen as needs indicate. You have strong attention to detail and value being part of a team while supporting your colleagues. Most of all, you will have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner. 4-star hotel experience in a similar role is a real advantage. A degree or certificate in culinary arts is a plus.
